Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:

How to Make a Return

- Pack Your Item: Safely package the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, or we’ve made an error.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or nominated bank account within 7 business days.
